help with WordPress address (URL)

    Help

    I mistakenly changed WordPress address (URL): to the wrong URL in general Options and now I’m screwed because now wordpress can’t find anything.

    Where is this set so I can go in and change it by hand?

    I have wordpress set to recognize a static index page.
