Multiple login plugin

I am looking for a plugin for a client that wants to have a secure area (with login) for schools to have multiple logins each with different pages that they can see and so each teacher logs in a fills out a form of sorts and gets a lesson plan based on their answers and this needs to be able to be saved. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated, this may be multiple plugins or just not possible without serious work everytime a new school joins.
