help with write error

    I am trying to upload a header to my website using the built in uploader thing the theme comes with, when I select my header and click upload I get this error.

    Unable to create directory /home/[my-username]/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2010/11. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    I am using FileZilla.
