WordPress Fatal Error Failed To Open Stream

    Lately i’m trying to delete the W3 Total Cache plugin and some tutorial lead me to editing my database via FTP filemanager in godaddy, but something went wrong i think i deleted something and it turned out to this:

    now i cant access my site, is there a way to solve this? BTW im a newbie.
