HELP! wp-admin page looks like sitemap

2 days ago my admin page started to look like a sitemap. I can’t figure out how to get the regular interface back? I didn’t set this up so I have minimal knowledge of how to do things. DOes anyone have any idea of what happened and how I can fix it?

ALso – I just tried to upgrade to 2.8.4 and it gave me 2 error messages:
