Help! WP-Pro-Quiz Buttons not displaying properly after updating Plug-In

I just updated my WP-Pro-Quiz plug-in today (2014.10.11) and suddenly I realized that

some of the quiz buttons are no longer displaying properly, particularly the “Start Quiz” and “Finish Quiz” buttons

(not sure yet if there are other buttons affected as well).

Problem appeared both on my laptop browsers as well as in my iOS devices.
