    Hi,

    I recently have some problems with my Woocommerce cart. I’ve 4 type of gift card and when the user is adding the gift card into the card, the total in the system showing the wrong total and charge the customer the wrong total. ??
    Some orders are correct, others are wrong. I’m not sure what’s happening and it is causing lots or grief as you can see.
    Attached is the image of the transaction showing two different type of problems.
    1- Wrong total
    2- Wrong amount, right total

    I’ve checked the product’s price and it is correct. Not sure what to go from here. Any help really appreciated.

    You should raise this with the author of your ‘gift card’ extension – it really depends on how that is creating the orders.

    There is no gift card extension. It’s a simple woocommerce product, ie $20 gift card, $40 gift card, etc and we ship the gift card to the customer.
    Before the checkout, the order looks correct, but after paying, the amount charged is correct but the items are screwed up ??
    I’ve purchased the first date plugin, and name your price from woothemes and created a support ticket and there is no answer for the past 3 days. Desperately seeking for support.
    So far:
    – I’ve reinstall woocommerce, first data, name your price.
    – Delete all products and add them again.
    – Disable various extensions to see if that fix the problems.
    – Update all the extensions to the latest version.

    Nothing works and I’m desperate, it is causing an enormous problem at Christmas time orders.

    Any further help really appreciated.

    How much are customers actually charged (e.g. what does FirstData say it charged to the customer?)

    Are you converting from one currency to another as part of this process?

    1- The customer is being charged the correct amount. It’s just the receipt page, qty, total and dashboard shown is wrong.
    2- Opened a ticket on woothemes.com. Ticket # 363111 with further info.

    It’s fixed, it was an issue with the woocommerce plugin from the u-design theme. I’ve disabled it and it is working fine now.

    Thought it was fixed, but not. ?? Still got the problem and closed the ticket too soon. Can you please check ticket #363111.
