Help wth key

I purchased the premium key and installed it on my site. However, the plugin was not allowing me to use the custom feature, so I uninstalled the plugin. I reinstalled the plugin and it still was not working. Since the site is a new site I just deleted it and reinstalled wordpress under the same domain name. Now when I go to use the key it tells me that the key is still in use on another site. The other site is the site I just deleted. Please unlock my key or send me a new key please.
