Help: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page

  • Hi I have tried to read through the forums… but I had things set up last night and when I went to log in tonight I cannot get in. I am fairly certain that I dud not check the lock out from the backend because that just worried me … but I do not know what to do.

    When I go to my admin panel and get the login screen enter my credentials I get this message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”

    At this point I would just like to uninstall this plug in.

    I have tried to delete the text between the # BEGIN Better WP Security and # END Better WP Security which is in the .htaccess file. I have renamed the plugin folder with a .old at the end and I still get this same error message…

    Can anyone help?
