HELP!Calculator intermittently stops working preventing orders from being placed

Hello,

This plug-in seems to be buggy, I have been receiving recently feedback saying that customers can’t complete their purchase because the shipping calculator won’t display the delivery prices!

I am happy to provide my site info privately to the plugin maker.

Hoping that someone or them can help me asap!
