Helper plugin 1.7.2 Will not activate

I think it’s been integrated, so there’s no need for it any longer.

Going through some older unresolved threads here and wanted to close this off for you.

We integrated the ability to [manage WooCommerce.com subscripitons](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-woocommerce-com-subscriptions/) into the core WooCommerce in version [3.1](https://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2017/06/28/woocommerce-3-1-has-landed/) along with the core Product Importer/Exporter.
