• Hi, I was trying to install a Flickr plugin and thought I’d almost done it – to my dismay no such luck!! I’m very new to this and may have got a bit above myself. The following message came on the screen

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/jenran1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/flickr/flickr/widget.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/jenran1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/flickr/flickr.php(87) : runtime-created function on line 1

    I cannot get past this message any which way I try. If I just type in my web address it comes up with the message, also with the .com/wp-admin, .com/webmail, .com/gallery and anything else I have info for.

    I don’t have a clue where to start – can anyone help?? Please!!

    Jen

  • A couple of things

    1. It might not be meant to live in flickr/flickr but just in flickr
    2. You can disable the broken plugin by deleting it from your plugins directory
