I run the VA Comicon series of events (5-6 events a year, over 100 exhibitors, over 1,000 attendees per day) and have been using Tickera for quite some time. Their “Pick a seat” option is the killer feature. Also, anytime I have had an issue, or needed slight customization, the Tickera crew fixes / solves / eliminates my issues within 24 hours.
