• <p>I have a paid version of ColorMag. Themegrill haS never been great with customer support, even on the paid version. They usually take several days to respond and then send a bit of CSS to fix a glitch in the theme. Compared to other themes and plugins I use, Themegrill does not release many updates or fixes so don’t expect issues to be resolved anytime soon. However, in June 2023 they launched ColorMag4, a major update, but it was launched without announcements and, very riskily, changed the Class IDs for elements throughout the website. This means that possibly thousands of websites, that had to use CSS to fix historic glithes, are broken and Themegrill simply don’t have the resources to fix them, including mine. All my four websites using ColorMag have visibly gone haywire and readers are emailing every day. We have lost some of our paying members too. It’s been a week and Themegrill has yet to look at my support ticket and has given no indication as to when they can fix it. It’s so badly broken, I will probably have to change theme, a very costly, time-consuming process. So BEWARE – Colormag looks nice in terms of style, and the update may have sorted a lot of glitches, but this outfit is SMALL, UNDERRESOURCED AND DOES NOT HAVE ADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE.?</p>
