Helpful example of a Site Editor theme

I’m using this as a starting point for my first theme using the new Site Editor. It demonstrates a lot without being too complex under the hood. Thank you.

PS. I agree with the reviewer who said the new editor is complex. I’ve made a living selling themes for the last decade and it has taken me a couple months to wrap my head around the UI. I would like to see a simplified design mode: a *single page* that lets “Mom and Pop” swap header/footer/homepage patterns and change fonts/colors without having to hunt all around for this and that.

Not that this has anything to do with this theme, just sharing my experience with the new editor.
