Helpful not showing up on all posts

Hi,
First, let me say this is a fantastic plugin that does exactly what I need it to do.
I’ve been using it for the last two weeks, but I’ve noticed that the feedback form doesn’t show up on all posts. It shows up just fine in relatively recent posts, but on older ones it is missing.
On second thought, the form does seem to load but the thumbs up and thumbs down are hidden for some reason.
Example of problematic URL: https://www.zmescience.com/medicine/heroin-vaccine-432432/ (scroll down to ‘was this helpful’)
Shows up just fine on recent posts such as this: https://www.zmescience.com/feature-post/health/food-and-nutrition/is-almond-milk-good-for-you/
We have an archive of over 20,000 articles and I suspect there may be a limit coded in the plugin but please correct me if I’m wrong.

The plugin use the the_content filter to apply the form and doesn’t check the post date. Please verify which other factors might cause the issue. (E.g. Cached posts never updated, different post type, other)
There are no hardcoded limits on the number of feedback form displayed on a website.

The SVGs are stored in files read with the PHP
file_get_contents()function. When the SVG files can’t be read with this function the icons are not displayed.An alternative method to load the SVGs without
file_get_contents()will be included in the next plugin version.
