[helpful] shortcode not working after 4.0.0

    Recently attempted to update to 4.0.0 but the [helpful] shortcode returns no content, simply an empty div.

    The shortcode should work again with the latest version. Sorry for the inconvenience!

    Version 4.0.2:
    Since version 4.0.0 nothing was output anymore if you used the shortcode. This should be fixed now.
