Helpful support

I contacted customer support several times to find out how to adapt the free theme, which fit 80% of my needs right off the bat. I wanted to change the photos under sliders on the Homepage and eliminate one of four footers and a category section on the default post format. Despite the time delay (Nepal), customer service was outstanding in resolving my issues and helping me to customize my site. They provided me with additional CSS code that worked the first time, every time. Polite and efficient. I’m in North America – contact was most responsive early in the morning and late at night. Expect at least a 24 hour delay, but they will get back to you without fail. Very attractive theme.
