Helpie-faq disables Boldgrid editor

Hi,
I have run into this issue and have to disable Helpie-faq each time I update the site.

This thread shows someone else had this issue over a year ago. It also says it’s resolved – but no resolution was posted on the thread.

Did you ever offer a fix for this issues?
If so, where can I find it?
