  • Hi @spritefire12345 ,

    Thanks much for your patience.

I just verified the link that you have provided and it seems to appear right now. Has this been resolved now?

    Could you please confirm it?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Kind Regards.

Hi I think you have misunderstood my question. It does appears. I am saying that the plugin is not designed for mobile responsiveness. As you see the text is cut into the “+” icon on mobile.

    Hi There,

Sorry about that. The plugin has been designed for mobile responsiveness. I guess, this is specific to the theme that you are using.

Could you please reset to a default and check whether this still occurs? If it looks fine by changing the theme, please let me know the theme that you are using so that we would try to reproduce this on our local.

If that does not help, could you also please check if this happens due to a conflict with any of your plugins?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Kind Regards.

I really don’t think so. This is how your FAQ looks like on your own page. Looks exactly the same issue I have on my website. You should allow an option to hide the right icons at least for smaller screens.

Also just found another issue on mobile view… words are barely legible. I really hope HelpieFAQ can put some effort in actually designing a functioning plugin.

    Hi There,

    1. Regarding the issue that you could see on our site, that happens when you have two icons in a question. This does not happen when you just have the toggle icon as in your case. We already have the former issue on our bug tracker and will be fixed soon.

    2. Also, when I tried your link on my mobile, I don’t see both the issues that you mention. Please check this: https://imgur.com/5L9I9sj. Have you added any custom CSS to fix this? Or anything else?

Also, may I know the theme that you are using?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Kind Regards.

Could you also please share the mobile model and the dimensions? I think this is specific to your mobile alone

I am using the free version of Helpie FAQ and it does not seem to be mobile responsive. See link.
