    Hi @zenbob1

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about the conflict!

I tested this plugin out, and I do see what you mean. We’ve been working on a few improvements to the “default editor” behavior, especially with other plugins that create Custom Post Types, but in the meantime there’s a couple easy ways you can fix it.

In your Admin menu, go to Post & Page Builder > Settings and you’ll find that the settings for the default editor for each post type is empty. Simply select PPB for the post types you want to use it for.

If you ever find yourself in the WordPress Editor (Gutenberg) on an individual post, click the “three dots” Settings menu at the top-right and you’ll see an option to swap to Post & Page Builder.

Thank you for the quick reply! I believe that despite the Post and Page Builder being selected, the Boldgrid functionality is not present. A quick sign of trouble is the missing device view icons (large view, desktop, tablet, phone), and clicking the Add Block button does nothing. However, the Add Media button brings up the expected interface.
In addition to changing the default editor settings, I tried switching to WordPress Editor and back to Boldgrid but it doesn’t fix it.

    Hi zenbob1,

I did some additional testing and I see exactly what you mean.

The Add Media button is a core WordPress feature and is not provided by the Post and Page Builder, which likely explains why it works when editing an FAQ.

In my testing the Add Block button was shown on the page but clicking it did not open the block interface as expected. Do you see the same behavior on your website?

I created a bug report with our development team to investigate this problem further, but I am uncertain if or when we will be able to make any changes on our end to address the incompatibility.

Thank you for reporting this problem to us and please let us know if you have any other questions!

Yep, I get the same symptom, Add Block does not open the block interface.

Thanks for entering the issue. Maybe its something the Helpie FAQ folks can address. Please ask your engineers to give them any tips if they have ideas of how to work around this.

Thank you for the excellent support!

I started a thread on this about 5 weeks ago, https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/helpie-faq-disables-boldgrid-editor-2/, and have yet to have any response but somehow it’s showing that it’s resolved.

Doe anyone know what to do about it?

Is there another accordion plugin that is compatible with Boldgrid Crio I can use?

    Thanks!
