    Helpie Faq Is slowing our website way too much.

    Because you are using WP admin-ajax.php…

    Tons of articles online says that is terrible and wrong way to build a plugin to depend on admin Ajax (if it is not done right).

    I have 34 plugins and helpie faq is the only one causing issues…

    Here is my score on google pagespeed:

    Without helpie faq activated:

    We’re losing 20% score on pc and mobile. IS HUGE GUYS…

    I have done many many test to check this out.

    Here you can see that on the Network that it is the longest call of all.

    It takes 5x more time to load than the page itself…

    Doesn’t even make sense, admin ajax is called for the action
    helpie_faq_submission_get_logged_email which we don’t even use.

    It looks like bad building, we don’t even use the helpie faq submission feature, and it loads everywhere on the website even when there is no FAQ…

    Guys I have hundreds of faqs made with your plugin. Please find us a solution.

    I am waiting for a solution before renewing our licence.

    Thanks much for your patience. We are just back from our Christmas/New Year Holidays.

    Regarding your question, this action would be called only for premium customer’s and also this would not be called if you have not enabled the user submission feature.

    www.ads-software.com does not allow this forum to be used for premium support.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    Well, I don’t have any premium support yet that my licence has expired.

    Didn’t extend it because our website crashed after updating your plugin, and we had to restore it… So, I decided to stay with the last version at the time.

    But obviously, we need update (at least for security patch)…

    However, we don’t wish to keep using your plugin if it slows our website that much…

    Please help us find a solution before we get premium support again. As if we can’t find any, we won’t keep using your plugin, so extend would be a loss of money…

    It’s called, even when the feature is deactivated…

    However, we would like to be able to use the user submission feature it in the near future without having to slow our website that much… Is there a solution?
