Helping out an existing site – VERY SLOW!

    I’m helping out this non profit and their site is super slow.

    I’ve installed WP Super Cache, compressed images and pdfs and (I think) we’ve deactivated all unused plugins.

    I’m still not sure why it’s so slow. Please help! THANK YOU!
