Hemingway: How to Increase line spacing between paragraphs

I am trying to center a topic in WP but need to know the code and where do I put the code, in front of the text or behind. Guide me please

you should adjust this value

    margin-bottom: 1.1em;
}

it is currently 1.1em. you can make it as large as you want
