Hero Header GONE

    I am having issues with your HERO Header background image. It shows up fine in the customization, but I get a black header in LIVE mode. I have disabled all my plugins and I have contacted you several times via the contact link. I was considering the PRO version but not until I have seen the lite version work. Please assist.
