I am using the Siteorigin Hero image to display 3 rotating slides.
On desktop, the images looks great. But on the mobile, it zooms into the center and crops the image unless you turn the mobile to landscape mode. Unfortunately, based on user testing, everyone wants to remain in portrait mode.
Is there any setting in the Hero image tool which forces Mobile displays to show Full image when in mobile Portrait mode?
If not, what would be the best way to use a slider tool, to show full image on mobile in portrait mode, without any cropping.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Is there perhaps a way to show a different image for desktop and another for mobile when using Hero image or the slider tools?
    Any advice most welcome.

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

In the Design and Layout section of the Hero you’ll find a Responsive Height setting. You can give it a try, setting a different height for mobile can help. That said, certain images won’t work well for mobile. The Hero uses background image size: cover.

It isn’t possible to change the image per device within the Hero but you could use a different Hero for mobile and hide it for desktop. The SiteOrigin Premium Toggle Visibility addon is one way to use a different Hero for mobile and desktop https://siteorigin.com/premium-documentation/plugin-addons/toggle-visibility/. You can also give a plugin like Widget Options a try.
