Hero section gives black banner below picture

Hi,

As mentioned before, lovely theme and i therefor take the oppotunity to help make it better (and make my site working good also ?? )

When I make the browser smaller the Hero section responsivness is functioning correctly.
When I maximize the browser again a black banner will be pushed in, directly below the Hero picture, when the text which is over the Hero picture increases in size.

I can’t image this is as designed. Some support to fix this would be welcome.
