Hero video

No matter what we do to try and size the video correctly the hero element tends to zoom in on the video that we link to. This causes the video to be pixelated and to lose all the information on the sides. Does anybody know any CSS code that would force this to be the correct 1.77 to 1 aspect ratio? We have tried adding padding on the side of the video we did inspect the webpage and saw that one of the PHP files has an offset that seems to dynamically change with the windows size but not sure what’s causing that since when you pull it up 1200 wide it seems to be offset 500 pixels.
