Hero video sometimes doesn’t play

  • Hello,
    Firstly, thank you for your very nice theme Mesmerize! I am experiencing an intermittent issue where the hero video doesn’t start playing some of the time. Whenever this happens if you do a refresh it usually starts playing. The video is served from YouTube. What can cause this to happen? It looks like it might be a timing issue – just a guess but like maybe if the video does not load on time it misses the trigger that starts it playing? Any remedies or ways to reduce occurrence of this issue?
