Hello! I’m having a problem with Hestia. I have seen that it is related to the issue because when I tried changing it, this error disappeared. The links in my blog categories, when they exceed 15 articles, lead to a page with an error. The text that appears is:

There has been a critical error on this website.

Has this happened to someone and knows how I can solve it? For example, in this category this happens that https://daleunavueltaalmundo.com/category/asia

    Thanks in advance!

  • Hi there,

Can you please share more details here so we can investigate if indeed there is an issue in the theme?

    • please deactivate your plugins one by one to see if they cause this issue
    • what happens if there are less than 15 posts in that category?
    • what is the number you have selected here? https://vertis.d.pr/i/g8vQ9F

    Thank you!

hello I changed the theme to test yesterday and the categories worked with the Inspiro theme. It sent me to a page with all the articles associated with this category.

I have three categories on my blog and the ones that have more than fifteen entries send me to the critical error page.

I tried disabling the plugins with Hestia and the categories didn’t work either.

On that page you mentioned, the number was 15, but now I changed it to 100 and it doesn’t work either.

For example, this category has more than 15 entries associated with it and gives the error:
    https://daleunavueltaalmundo.com/category/asia

On the other hand, this one only has 6 and does not give an error.
    https://daleunavueltaalmundo.com/category/jordania

    Thank you!

    Hi,

I’ve tried replicating this on my own testing site but unfortunately I couldn’t. As you can see here https://ashamed-anaconda-i4p9e.vertisite.cloud/category/travel/ everything is working well.

The only other suggestions would be to make sure you have the latest version of Hestia, not use a custom child theme, or even get in touch with your hosting provider to ask if there is any limitation on the server side.

    Regards
