You can try a plugin like this one https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/customizer-export-import/ that allows for migration of the customizer options from one site to another.

Or there are migration tools like https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/ that migrates the entire site directly.
