Hestia Theme Can’t edit Contact Section

I am having the exact same issue. This is quite painful as there are a number of fields I cannot edit and they do not represent the website.

I’m really sorry to hear you are experiencing these problems. Could you please share another screenshot as that one can’t be opened? Also, could you please let me know if you see any errors in the console? And if deactivating plugins helps?

I’ve the same problem: I can’t edit the text inside the contact section. The text editor is not working.

The short code [hestia_contact] display the same: Find us… and Give us a ring.

Sorry for digging up an old thread, but how did you resolve this?
If I attempt to edit the ‘Contact Content’ the edit box appears empty, even though it does contain content.

I am having the same issue as others here, I can’t edit my contact information, and it also looks like when I try to edit anything on any page, all I get is the title of the page, in grey, with no content for me to edit. When I click the ‘preview’ the whole page shows, but I can’t edit it from there, and when I click the ‘edit page’ from the top, I get the same grey title again. Going round in circles. Any suggestions please?

Appearance > Customize > Frontpage Sections > Contact > Contact Content > (Edit)
After you click on the (Edit) link need to be sure to use the Text editor, not the Visual editor. You should be able to edit the HTML for the left side of the Contact area there.

I am having the same issue. Specifically these sections within the Contact module: they are not accessible in the Customizer and cannot be edited in Elementor.

Update: I found the Edit button, and was able to edit these headers and paragraphs.
