Also what I’m doing would take a little bit of minor tweaking to become what you are asking for, but it’s closer. You would just need to position the menu and change some opacity.

I am also interested in this type of a plugin. I am surprised that this has not been done. I have been searching for hours with no success. ‘Site Beyond Sight’ please let us know when you get finished with this plugin. Thanks
