Are you saying the CSV file is 600Meg or the videos it points to are 600Meg?
Either way, you need to find a different solution. If you are planning on streaming videos, you will need to find ways to get all the correct formats for each visitor, as browsers and devices differ in what they support. That is why it’s best to stick with the video hosting sites that handle this already. They do the matching of device to format, and all the conversions, and even pay for all the bandwidth used.
If you’re not streaming videos, but have 600Meg of content, you might need to break it into smaller pieces to load it without timing out. There are plugins that read from CSV, but are still subject to whatever the timeout is set to.
