Hey Im trying to pay with my visa for wordpress store

Hello,

Im a WP user since like 2010 and my account is very limited.

Im using a big bank visa account and cant pay anything in the wordpress Store.
Im trying severaltimes in latest months. Upgrades and Themes are just impossible to pay. Iv tried to send funds to my brothers visa he lives in london, and still not working. The balance is always more than enough at each occasssion. Is this like some f bugg! Cant really solve this.Im somewhat dissapointed that WP.com has got Upgrades and a Store and Payable themes, but wehn you have problems purchasing and upgrade the service, you dont have no idea as a user where to ask for help. I really like the wordpress but pleeeeease help people that wanna pay for more! If somebody know a link to some party at wordpress.com that can help me with this please take your time and help me out ??
