    Why don’t you respond to all the bad reviews? Your plugin is unfortunately very very bad. I tried it a few months ago and am currently afraid to use it live.

    I am afraid that in March 2022 only this plugin can be used and I can no longer offer Paypal in my store.

    Please deal with the many bad reviews. Or cancel your plans with this plugin.

    I (we) are aware of the bad reviews and are working hard to fix the issues that our users are encountering. The fact that I don’t respond to these bad reviews is something we decided internally; I focus more on the support, not on responding to the reviews.
    My college does try to respond to the reviews when he finds the time for it, but we prefer to reply to these reviews with some sort of solution or advice.

    I hope this answers your question. If you have any issue with our plugin that you want my/our support with, please don’t hesitate to open a support ticket.
