HeyForm needs URL?

  • The previous mention on this topic is relevant. Added the HeyForm block on a Contact page via my WordPress site.

    Unfortunately, it asks me to “Paste a link to the content you want to display on your site.”

    Does this mean I have to create my own form? How can I collect the data? Really not sure how this would actually work?
