Hi, does this plugin support "calculating total after discounts are applied"?

Hi, I’m currently using different table rate shipping plugin for my site and this plugin wouldn’t calculate total after apply coupon or giftcards. Does this plugin support this feature? If I purchase premium version of your plugin but does not have features that I was looking for, can I get refund?
