Hi, how can I display list starting with the alphabet “a” in the last name?

Hi, this is an amazing plugin. Thank you for making this plugin. I would like to show list according to the last name. How can I show the list which starts with “a” in the last name of the members? Then, I would also like to show the list which starts with “b” in the last name of the members? I know that the Participants Database plugin has wild search function that allows the users to search with “a*”, “b*”….. but I would like to show the alphabetical list that allows the users to browse the alphabetical list comfortably.
I thought that this page, https://xnau.com/work/wordpress-plugins/participants-database/list-shortcode-filters/, is supposed to show the shortcode that makes what I want possible. But the page does not work any more.
Can I show alphabetical list with Participants Database plugin without making the users search with “a*”, “b*”….?

Sorry about the dead link. I made some changes to the website, I guess it broke some URLs that are out there.
You can use the list filter to show separate lists for each starting letter by using a filter like this:
[pdb_list filter=”last_name=a*”]
If you want to show more than one starting letter, you can do this:
[pdb_list filter=”last_name=a*|last_name=b*”]
Be sure to sort your list by last name in ascending order.
