    Kodjoe,

Yes, that was me. Support questions should be asked here, github is used for filing bugs.

I’m not sure I understand you’re question: it seems to be different than the one you asked on github. Are you asking how to undo pressing the refresh button?

ah so sorry Jordan, yes that’s exactly that, how to undo pressing the refresh button?

    Kodjoe,

Undoing a refresh request is not currently a supported feature.

I’m not sure I understand what you are trying to do.

    What’s the issue you’re experiencing?

    Thread Starter kodjoe

    (@agenceccmg)

Simple, I don’t know why some pages use your plugin when I navigate on my website, I mean the pages are automatically refreshed.

I’m sure I never click on Refresh page for these pages, so that’s why I asked if I can undo pressing the refresh button.`

Hope you understand me better !!

Hmm, I’m not sure I understand. Can you send a list of expected and actual behavior or a video that illustrates your problem?

    Thread Starter kodjoe

    (@agenceccmg)

sure where can I send you this video ? I need to upload it somewhere for example ?

    Thread Starter kodjoe

    (@agenceccmg)

Here is the video, sorry for the quality:
    https://streamable.com/s/1n6vn/fzaghf

As you can see my goal is to have only page “news” with a refresh and it works perfectly, I don’t need to refresh other pages.

But sometimes page “Homes” (first link in menu) refresh too.

    kodjoe,

This video doesn’t illustrate the issue since it doesn’t include anything on the admin side.

Alternatively, please send a detailed list of steps that I can use to replicate your issue that outlines actual and expected behaviors.

    (@agenceccmg)

hi, what do you want to see from my admin side, there is something specific that I have to show you ?

in this video I just wanted to show you that the first link “Homes” refresh the page when I click on it but I never tried to click on force refresh for this page, because it’s not needed.

    thanks for your answer.

    Kodjoe,

I think the issue is that I don’t understand the problem you’re experiencing. I was hoping that a video would help illustrate your problem, but since it was only showing the user-end of the site, it doesn’t help clarify anything.

Can you provide a detailed list of steps that I can use to replicate your issue that outlines actual and expected behaviors?

    Thread Starter kodjoe

    (@agenceccmg)

the problem is here, to explain it to you quickly, I downloaded and installed your plugin, then I’ve just clicked on force refresh button in news page.

But at this time I can’t understand why “Homes” page is refreshed too when I go on it, I’ve made anything else who can explain my problem.

Simple installed, activated it and click on force refresh for one specific page only. that’s all, I never used the settings, or something else.. I hope I was clear ??

Ah, so you’re saying that you’re refreshing a single page but a separate page is refreshing as well?

To debug further, send a screen capture in the following format. Please be sure to read the following instructions carefully before providing the capture.

    1. Begin screen capture by showing three browser windows as the same time. These must remain visible during the entire screen capture process.

    – One open on the admin page of the news page (the admin page you’re attempting to refresh)
    – One open on the news page with the JavaScript console open (the end user page you’re attempting to refresh)
    – One open on the home page with the JavaScript console open (the end user page that is inadvertently refreshing)

    2. Click “Force Refresh” on the news page
    3. Make sure that the screen capture shows the news page refreshing along with the output from the JavaScript console
    4. Make sure that the screen capture shows the home page refreshing along with the output from the JavaScript console
