Hi, How to achieve these functions?

I would like to ask how to achieve the following functions:

I want job seekers to enter our website page, fill in personal information, and submit their resumes to become registered team members. Then, they will complete evaluation questions and online skill assessments to become silver team members. After that, they can advance step by step through other tasks to gold or diamond team members.

Currently, our challenge is doing this on WORDPRESS, and we are using the plugins Fluent Forms Pro, Ultimate Member, and we want to use Gamipress or other plugins to achieve the following functions:

1. Job seekers should have a gamified experience to upgrade from registered team members step by step to gold or diamond team members.
2. Job seekers fill in personal information and submit resumes to become “Registered Team Members” automatically. To upgrade from “Registered Team Member” to “Silver Team Member,” they need to complete the following tasks:

1). Evaluation questions (automatically scored, a total of 5 questions, each worth 4 points, a total of 20 points) – I can use the Fluent Forms Survey module for this.

2). Then, for the online skill assessment, which I designed as a Fluent Forms form, “Registered Team Members” need to fill in the form and submit it. I will manually score this form. It contains 8 items, each worth 10 points, for a total of 80 points. How can this functionality be achieved?

3).Adding the two above items (survey+online skill assessment) for a total of 100 points, how can I manually enter the score for the second online skill assessment, and have the system automatically determine if the “Registered Team Member” can be promoted to “Silver Team Member”?

3. I have a MEMBER TOOLS page with some icons and text descriptions (which need to be viewed by different member levels) that link to some sub-pages. How can I enable different levels of MEMBERS to view different content? Additionally, when members browse the icons and text descriptions on the MEMBER TOOLS page, if there are icons and text descriptions with higher permissions, these icons and text should be grayed out and display LOCKED. If a member clicks on this icon and text, it should show that they need to unlock and upgrade to a higher-level member, and automatically enter the task upgrade process?
4. How can I achieve an animation pop-up when a team member is promoted to a new level, with fireworks and congratulations for reaching the new team member level? It should also display the current level’s task list and a progress bar for upgrading to the next level.
