As the author of this plugin, I’d suggest using LemonInk: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/lemonink/

We mainly focus on watermarking the files to reduce the risk of piracy, but we also handle storage and delivery of the files.

For payments you’d need to have a separate plugin, probably one from the payment provider you’ll pick up.
