    We would like to know more details about this. Can you please share what exactly is not working?

    Is it the importing of products? OR is it the exporting of customers and orders? OR is it the products are not updating on further manual imports?

    ok. “Integrate WooCommerce with Vend” plugging is not working. where can i get the support

    “we are unable to connect your WooCommerce store” – this message doesn’t seem to be produced from plugin. Can you tell us where exactly do you get this error? OR a list of steps to reproduce the error will help us more. A screenshot will also help us.

    Hi i did integration and saved. when i try to import product to woo-commerce this message comes

    API call didn’t go well :(. Either VendHQ Connect Settings are incorrect or VendHQ server is not responding as expected.

    Hi @shewage81,

    If you get that error message all the time then the Vend details you entered are wrong. Please try checking saved info.
