    The PC is to facilitate a Beta version of a live Site that will be updated on a weekly basis, this is to eliminate the live site going down due to a plugin or alteration.
    On a PC I have installed the standard Wamp server and is working fine,
    I have also updated all the C++ service packs
    WordPress is/was working fine,
    I have also with WordPress extended the upload file size to 50 mb
    The theme Veggie the size is is 31mb
    After several re installs
    i have been continually coming up with the same error?

    There’s an issue with the Veggie theme that the theme devs need to resolve. I recommend asking for assistance in the theme’s dedicated support forum.

    The referenced class needs to be declared when the theme loads.
