    Hi Support

    We have just upgraded to the paid version. I keep getting an error when I try to upload it.

    Please can you help?

    @violetdavis,

    Most likely you are not saving the map when checking out the front-end:

    After you hit Add marker button, please make sure to Save the map before checking the markers.
