    Hi There
    I renently backed up my site using the free version of updraft plus from the beginning of May till the 8th May, for some reason, all of my files are missing or lost. Do you have a copy of all of my backup zip files please, my site is down and i need to reinstall the site …

    Hi,

    You have total control over your backups and will have direct access to it.
    Backups are by default saved on your local server in the “wp-content/updraft” folder. If saving to a remote storage, you can also download it directly from there.
