Your kind support is greatly appreciated, as I am totally clueless.

We are getting the subject error on desktop. An order is being created with wc-pending status and later canceled. It is followed by an empty log:

04-19-2022 @ 14:05:03 – PreparePayment failed. Errors array: []

On mobile, the webshop redirects to barion site, but after a successful payment (confirmed by barion), wp gets no answer from barion, and the order gets canceled due to time limit reached. It also has an empty log, so I have nowhere to start investigating this issue:
