Hickups when taking Backup

dear sir,
Still unable to make a backup with the premium version. I’m definitely not a Techie and I don’t understand what you guys are saying to make it work. Therefore I would suggest that you pay me back and I will look for another plugin. For me it just has to be that if you buy something that it works, I don’t think you should have to figure everything out and solve riddles to get something done. Can you please contact me and either make the plugin work or just refund my money and take the premium back.
I will post the info again what I get.
