Hidden attachment_fields_to_edit

I have a plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/video-embed-thumbnail-generator/) that makes extensive use of attachment_fields_to_edit and it looks like hidden fields added using code like $form_fields["custom3"]["input"] = "hidden"; aren’t being generated in 3.5, or if they are, I can’t find them anymore.
