• Hello!

    You guys made an amazing job with this plugin! Thanks.

    However I have problem with the hidden courses. I use this plugin “ELEX WooCommerce Catalog Mode” to have a catalog mode that let me set the visibility of a course to hidden. This is good when you want that only certain people with the link can get access to the course.

    The problem happens when I set in woocommerce a product (One of the Learnpress courses) to hidden. Because even that is set to hidden I still can see it in the website since I guess Learnpress keeps showing it.. and the catalog mode option is only available for woocommerce. So I can’t set it to hidden in both places. So the course is not completely sync.

    How can I do to keep the same hidden state for a course in Woocommerce and Learnpress?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I understand your situation. This happens because you have two places where courses are listed: WooCommerce and Learnpress.

    I recommend to avoid using Learnpress Courses page. All your courses should be shown through WooCommerce because there you can use the ELEX WooCommerce Catalog Mode without problem.

    Another solution could be found a plugin for Learnpress to hide courses. Our ‘Cool Integration for LearnPress & WooCommerce’ plugin intends to get on Sync Products and Courses, but it hasn’t consider all the plugins could exists for each one.

    Please let me know is this help you or if you need more ideas about how to handle this situation.

    Gracias Matías!!
    Now works and I’m so happy.
    But let me make you another question. For some reason the settings of the course look different in Learpress and Woocommerce products. And if I set a course with discount in Learnpress; shows up in Woocommerce products without discount.

    So now in my woocommerce shop I can read “on sale” but the regular price and the discounted price is the same. Any hint?

    I′m trying to keep both learnpress and woocommerce courses separated.But is tricky because once the client buys the course has to do it in Learnpress.

    I have this question too. If I migrate all of my courses from Learnpress to WooCommerce, how can I autoenrol them in the course once they purchase the product from WooCommerce?

    @sharpenglish that works for me. Once they buy the course with woocommerce they have to go to the ¨course¨ section of Learnpress and then they are able to enjoy the course since they are automatically autoenrolled.

    Go to Learnpress – Settings – Payments – And check the checkbox that says autoenroll users after buying the course.

    Hi zorglub3,

    Thanks for answer to sharpenglish. You are totally right.

    Just to clarify: you said that when you set a discount price in learnpress course, that discount is not showed in woocommerce product. That’s it?

    Because this is part of the plugin functionality and should be working.
    The following is the metadata that are on Sync between Woocommerce and Learnpress:
    WooCommerce -> Learnpress
    * _regular_price -> _lp_price
    * _price -> _lp_price
    * _sale_price -> _lp_sale_price
    * _sale_price_dates_from -> _lp_sale_start
    * _sale_price_dates_to -> _lp_sale_end
    * _sold_individually -> yes
    * _virtual -> yes

    LearnPress -> WooCommerce
    * _lp_price -> _regular_price
    * _lp_sale_price -> _sale_price
    * _lp_sale_start -> _sale_price_dates_from
    * _lp_sale_end -> _sale_price_dates_to

    Please let me know if I’m answering to your question or not.

    Hola @matiasanca,
    muy buen trabajo en el plugin, creo que le debe haber salvado la vida a muchos, como a mí, muchas gracias.

    Sobre el problema anterior del precio en ofertas, me pasa a mí también. Explico, se a?ade un curso y se le pone el precio normal y el precio en oferta, en woocommerce coge ambos bien en sus respectivos campos, pero en el frontend se muestra el precio normal en los dos lados ejemplo perecio normal 100, oferta 80 y se muestra 100 100 y así se muestra también en la fila de precio de productos de woocommerce, aunque sus campos estés bien cogiendo 100 y 80 respectivamente.

    Edit: Si después de creado el curso se edita y modifica el precio de oferta desde woocommerce muestra el actualizado pero hay que cambiar el numero ya que solo editar y guardar sin cambiar nada no surte efecto.

    Saludos, espero haberme explicado bien.

    Thanks so much for the explanation. Now I do understand what the problem is. I’m going to go over it and see how to fix it (something is clearly missing).

    Thanks!!!
